- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Good doctors but the staff is inept. They know little about the side effects of the medications they prescribe. They dropped the ball 3 times on getting me cholesterol medication. I still don't have it and they never called me back. I quit trying months ago. I recently had a bad ECG 12 lead performed by emergency personnel in Rockford. I called them with the results and they said that they would call me back. Guess what? Once again they didn't follow up. NO PHONE CALL! I simply can NOT recommend these guys.
