- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'd give it zero if I could. I used to see doctor telfer. Not only is he cocky, rude and will not listen to anything I say or be willing to work with my other doctors but he can never keep an appointment. He has to cancel my appointment everytime for the last 3 years and after four or five cancels they make me see an NP who didn't even read my file before seeing me. I'm switching now this I the nth urs cancel appointment this year and I have serious serious heart problems I was born with. Never had such a bad experience!
