- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called to make an appt and fist off all the lady that answer the phone wasnt pleasant or courteous, asked me what kind of Health plan I had and put me on hold, when finally came back, I explained I was a new patient looking for a second opinion due to received no so good news about colposcopy results, the woman was very unhelpful and careless. I explained the doctor was highly recommended and went ahead to explain the urgency of the situation and she said "We only have appts in October". When requested to be put in a waiting list she said..."No! you either go see other doctors or wait until October". I told thank you for not caring and she hang up. So I wont recommend this doctor...If her office staff is so careless then she most be only out for the money as well.March 26, 2017by Maggie Glavin
